We specialize in providing items for every member of the family. Items fit preemie - adult. If there something something else that you have in mind, please let me know . Shipping
We are now 100% in stock and ready to ship! Our goal is to ship all order in 1-2 business day. In the past we did pre order which are no longer doing. We made this change so our customers can get their orders more quickly. For pre orders usually ship 4-6 weeks but could be longer depending upon order volume, shipping delay etc. We always try our harder to get order out as soon as possible.
Majority our items are in stock. Items usually ship witting 5-12 days after the sale end date. We try to ship the orders much sooner. If you order 2 difference sale items and one item is for schedule to ship 12 days and the other sale item is schedule to ship in 3 weeks, your order will always ship with the furthest ship date and all items will be ship together or we will ship what we have already and then ship the rest of your order at a later date. In some cases we will refund/cancel an order if we are not able to full fill it.
Shipping time frames can change at any time depending on order volume, stock or any other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays with the postal service.
Once an order has shipped we are no responsible for lost/damage items or package that are delivered to the grown address.
Milliam Jewelry & More is not responsible for damage items cause for postal service. If you would like purchase postal insurance please message me before place your order to confirm that i can set you up a listing for insurance before you order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time or to change any policies at any time. We are also no responsible for lost, stolen or delayed package.
Milliam Jewelry & More is not responsible for items that are damaged due to being worn and(or) washed.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Our shop are Monday - Friday 9am to 5 pm. We are closed on USA Holidays and weekends. We try to answer emails 1 to 5 business day, however it could take much longer than that. I usually answer emails 3 to 5 business days but because of how our business model runs, it could be much longer. Im in the process training someone new to answer emails to help answer more quickly.
Milliam Jewelry & More items may contain small parts, which can pose a chocking hardzar. Please take caution and never leave children unattended or allow your children to sleep while using my products. Always supervise while wearing our items.
By make a purchase from Milliam Jewelry & More you are agreeing to all of our shop policies.
Refund & Exchange
Every item custom made. Refund, Exchange and Canceling order are currently not available. ALL SALE ARE FINAL. If an error occurs of my part, I will work with you to try and find the solution if we make an error. If we decide to accept a return there is a 50% restocking fee. Shipping is never refunded. HOLIDAYS ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
If a package is sent and we agree upon a refund, then the package must be sent back to us and be post market witting 2 days of it being delivered. The package must be unopened and not damage. We can only issue refund once the package has been delivered back to us in the original wrapping. If the package is not post market witting 2 days and (or) the package has been opened then a refund cannot be issue and you will responsible for the cost to the ship package back to you. If you receive and item, and it doesn't fit, and we do decide upon an exchange in size/style, we are not responsible if the item doesn't reach you in the time for the Holiday.
Damage or Missing items
If an item is missing/damage please contact us witting 1 day of receiving your order atmilliamjewelryandmore@gmail.com . In your email please included phone on front and back of the bag that your order was shipped to you in , a photo of the included invoice, photo of what did receive ( and also if the item damage we will need photos of the damage item). Please also included your order number and a description of what is grown with your order. We have a unique process where 2 people look over all items and count all items before there are place in the bag and sealed. Because of this process it ensures that items are no damage or missing. If is determinate that your item damage /missing upon arrival, then a new item will be sent to replace it. If we don't have materials in stock we can send a different item of the same value if we agree upon that or refund will be issued.
Giveaways
Giveaways winner will be posted/announcement on our website. 18 years of age and older.U.S and Puerto Rico residence only. Facebook is no way associated or sponsor giveaways. Sometimes tagging/sharing/like or comment are require to win. Please claim your prize witting 2 days upon the winner being posted. After 2 days the post will be removed. Please contact us at milliamjewelryandmore@gmail.com to claim your prize. In the subject line please write "GIVEAWAY WINNER". Please email us letting us know which giveaways you won and your home address. By claiming a prize you are agreeing that you are the name person and you are 18 years of age an older and you are in Usa or Puerto Rico.
